Who are we?

Brightman is a change management specialist. Founded in 2011, we help IT services organisations transform, so they can better enable the goals of the organisations they serve. We stand for expertise and experience. We do not do “busy work;” we provide our clients with direction and targeted action to achieve their goals.

We can do more than talk the talk; we have the scars to prove we have done what we say, and we have done so many times before. In a sector dominated by those with excellent theory but little practical experience, our consultants stand out as genuine experts. Since no two situations are ever the same, you need a partner who knows how to apply the theories to every scenario. This is where Brightman stands out.

Gail is a supply chain and ITSM specialist at Brightman, helping clients to transform and optimise their supply chains as they embark on their digital transformation.

What do we do?

Are your consultants trying their hardest to make themselves redundant, or are they getting too comfortable? Our goal from day 1 is to ensure you no longer need us. If you become too reliant on us, then you have not truly changed. As change management specialists, it is our job to enable you to succeed without us. We work to ensure that is the case.

Too many organisations try to outsource change to large consultancies in order to minimise disruption to Business as Usual; but this only serves to widen the gap between the levels of pace, scalability and capability required to achieve their aims. This leaves the IT services organisation supporting legacy infrastructure and becoming wholly dependent on suppliers to deliver anything “new.” This leads to discontent in the workforce, high attrition, increased costs, and a gradually irrelevant IT department; and ultimately an organisation that is unable to pursue its goals.

We understand that organisations are only as effective as their IT department. If the organisation is trying to digitally transform but the IT department still operates in a legacy manner, the entire organisation will be held back.

Who do we work with?

While no two clients are ever the same, we generally work with the IT services organisations of central government agencies or private sector organisations in the delivery of their transformation plans.
